It is the intention of Timian Leisure Limited Trading As to provide customers with an efficient
service, to be transparent and moral in our approach to dealing with our
customers and to comply with current regulations relating to distance
selling (mail-order). If there are any problems in connection with your
order, we will endeavour to keep you fully informed.
Goods and services are not sold on a trial basis – you should be
sure that you have checked the suitability of a particular product or
service before you order – if you are in any doubt, please contact
us.
We don’t sell, rent or otherwise share any of your data or information.
If you choose not to receive our electronic newsletter, we will honour
this request. We respect your privacy, however during the process of placing
an order and receiving goods and services from us, we will send you emails
to keep you informed of the progress and to
act as a confirmation of your order with us. You can view our privacy

Your credit card details are neither seen, stored nor passed through
our website or locally on our computers. All credit card transactions
are handled by a reputable credit card processing company that adopt ‘industry-best’
levels of security to protect you and us from fraud.
Orders are processed within 2 working days from receipt, although we endeavour
to process orders on the working day they arrive, subject to stock availability.
We will deliver the goods usually within the guidelines set out on this website,
however, if we cannot meet these guidelines, we will let you know. We may choose
to part-ship orders, but any additional carriage charges due to this will
be at our expense. If an order can not be fullfilled within 28 days you shall be entitiled to a full refund.
In the event of you receiving faulty goods or services, please contact
us immediately by email (this provides an audit trail). Please act quickly
to inform us of any problems.
Physical goods are sent using either the Royal Mail or other delivery/courier
companies. The companies we use to deliver goods to you will always require
a signature upon delivery, therefore, please ensure that someone will
be available to receive and sign for your goods. If goods are returned
to us because the delivery/courier company was unable to get a signature,
you may have to pay a repeat delivery charge.
Finally, we are only human! We always try to do our best, but if we do
make a mistake, let us know and we’ll put it right.
The Smaller Print:
This website serves as an invitation to tender: if you offer and we accept,
the contract for the supply of goods and services will incorporate the
following terms:
- We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
- Claims for damage must be made in writing (ideally via email) and
received at our office within 8 days of receipt of goods.
- Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing (email or post) and received
at our office within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Title to the goods shall not pass to you until we have received (in
cash or cleared funds) payment in full of the price of the goods, and
all other goods agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is
then due.
- Until such time as the property in the goods passes to you (and provided
the goods are still in existence and have not been re-sold) we shall
be entitled at any time to require you to deliver up the goods to us,
and if you fail to do so forthwith, to enter upon any premises of yours
or any third party where the goods are stored and repossess the goods.
- Products, services, prices & offers may be changed without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse return of orders. Stock items may not
be returned without prior written agreement, and are subject to a 20%
handling charge. We do not accept return of specially ordered non stock
items.
- However, under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer,
you are entitled to cancel orders within 7 days. If you decide to cancel
an order you must notify Timian Leisure Limited Trading As in writing or by e-mail within
seven days from the date of the delivery of the goods. The original
packaging must be retained and the goods to be returned should be unused
and in a pristine, re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for
the return of the goods, which must be sent back to our address promptly.
Should you fail to return the goods, we will charge you our costs for
recovering them.
- For accounting / legal purposes, all orders and related paperwork
are archived by us for a minimum of 5 years. This information can be
obtained by contacting us. A small charge may be levied to cover our
time in retrieving and sending you this information.
- If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority
to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the
other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision
in question shall not be affected thereby.
- No other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
- When purchasing any product(s) from us which may require certain licences or permits
we will not be held responsible for people who break the law by not obtaining such a licence
or permit.
- By modifying or otherwise changing any internal configuration of any of our products instantly
invalidates any warranty. Additionally we will not be held repsonsible for anyone
who breaks the law by performing any modifications which may render any equipment illegal to
use.
